Food was good and the portions were more than expected! House Fried Rice was good, not as flavorful as I hoped, but it definitely was not bad whatsoever. Egg rolls were crispy, delish and inexpensive. I also ordered the Sweet and Sour Pork, which was also very good. The girl who delivered got lost and I stayed on the line with her a while until she was closer to my apartment. She was pleasant, delivery came about 10 minutes earlier than the 50-60 time frame they gave when I made the order. I would definitely order from them again! Over 400 reviews, there's a reason. They did not disappoint. :-)

I always order delivery from here through Grub Hub and I have tried other Chinese delivery places that come about but I always end up coming back to Number 1. Now I know it is a delivery place so I don't expect anything fancy but the food is not bad so I can't complain. Plus I like the coupons that add just a little more for free. The delivery drivers lately have been random people but I usually get this Eastern European guy who's English isn't always the best but he is just a really cool guy.

So first have to say is wow on the delivery time! Not even 25-30 after I placed the order it arrived. It was fresh, hot and delicious! One thing I will note for the menu, I do believe the free crab puffs are actually the Cheese Wontons. So I got two orders of these (one I ordered, one I got on coupon). Delicious for sure and ate them all, just the wording needs updating so others dont think they are two separate items. Will definitely order again! :)

Cashew Chicken was very good. Best I have had so far since moving to Phoenix in January. Made just the way I like it. The fried shrimp was really good. The cream cheese crab puffs were great, done perfectly. The Lo Mein was amazing. The delivery guy was very friendly and his daughter was probably the best part she was more excited about delivering than he was and that was the cutest.

We ordered the orange chicken, the Kung pow chicken, and the hot sour soup and all three were excellent. I was really worried at first about ordering at a place called number 1 but the food was absolutely delicious, some of the best Ive had since being out here in Arizona.

For a small local business the food is pretty amazing. The quality is way better than what it's worth. It looks and taste authentic with pleasing results. Highly recommended.
